Donny R. Jackson is a leader in providing
innovative technology solutions to financial institutions and has over
30 years of experience in banking and finance. Currently retired, Donny
serves on the Board of HealthTronics, Inc., a publicly traded health
device and services company. As President, COO and Director of InterCept,
Inc., Donny participated in taking the company public in 1998 and in
the spin-off of Netzee, Inc. into a public company in 1999. Donny started
out as a Certified Public Accountant and quickly moved up the ranks
to become an executive player in four different financial services companies.Donny is a graduate of Georgia State University with a degree in accounting
and an MBA.
