Jeff Lemming is a Partner and the Leader
of the Retail & Fashion Practice of Heidrick & Struggles. Jeff joined
Heidrick & Struggles through this firm's acquisition of Highland Partners
in October 2006. As a co-founder of Lemming/LeVan, Inc., he built with
his partners, an executive search firm that provided boutique style
service to the Retail, Fashion and related industries. Jeff joined what
was known as Highland Partners through a merger with Monster Worldwide,
Inc. in May 1999 and the eventual spin-off of Hudson Highland Global in
April of 2003. He entered retail executive search after a 10-year career
in retail where he gained experience as a merchant and in general operations.
Jeff entered the executive search field in 1983 and since that time
has gained broad-based executive search experience, having conducted
searches in every functional area of a retail organization, up to and
including many CEOs and Board Members. Many searches have been completed
for international corporations seeking an expanded U.S. presence.
Jeff received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Miami University.
