Brent Adams is Executive Vice President and Senior Banking Officer at Private Bank of Buckhead.
He has overall responsibility for leading the bank’s business development activities and is responsible
for leadership of its community development efforts. A native of Rome, Georgia, he is a graduate of Georgia
State University. Brent began his banking career with Bank South, where he worked in private banking and branch
management for 10 years. He later worked for Wachovia, The Buckhead Bank and Riverside Bank. Brent is a graduate
of Leadership Atlanta’s 2008 class and now serves on the Board of Trustees for that organization. He completed the
Multiple Sclerosis Society of Georgia’s inaugural Leadership Class in 2009 and serves on the advisory board of Atlanta
Crime Stoppers. Brent is an active member of Rotary Club of Buckhead and serves on the global board of Rotarians for
Family Health & AIDS Prevention as Corporate Secretary and Treasurer. He is a member of the City of Atlanta Board of
Ethics, a position for which he was nominated by the Metro Atlanta Chamber. He is a member of the Buckhead Business
Association, volunteers with Buckhead Christian Ministry and the Metro Atlanta Chamber, and makes annual outreach trips
to Haiti through the Presbytery of Greater Atlanta. Brent also is an elder at Covenant Presbyterian Church. He resides
in Buckhead.
