Dale Benefield is Senior Vice President, Compliance and Operations, at Private Bank of Buckhead.
She is responsible for loan and deposit operations, Bank Secrecy Act and compliance.
Dale has very deep compliance and operations experience with a number of Atlanta banks,
including McIntosh Commercial Bank and Fidelity Bank. She has 30+ years of Atlanta-area banking
experience, a significant portion of which focuses on compliance and related issues. “Regulatory
agencies have increased their compliance focus, and part of my role is to bring those evolving
expectations to our entire team in plain language and in actionable ways.”
Away from work, Dale enjoys quilting, crocheting, cooking, boating, and investing in and renovating
residential real estate. She also has snow skied 20 North American mountains, back-packed the Grand
Canyon, and swum with sharks…8 miles out in the ocean. Dale, her husband David and their King Charles
Cavalier Spaniel reside just South of Atlanta.
