JoAnn Ellis is a Personal Banker with Private Bank of Decatur. She began her banking
career 30+ years ago at a community bank in Michigan. The Chicago native has been in Atlanta
for 26 years, and says she aims to treat customers as she would like to be treated. She was
previously with Bank of North Georgia, Bank of America and BankSouth. JoAnn takes seriously
the responsibility of making sure each customer’s financial needs are met. She likes to spend
any time away from the bank traveling, reading and baking. JoAnn and her husband have two
children – three if you count four-legged son, Tucker, a lab/border collie mix. They reside
in Lithonia.
