Joy brings 30 years’ experience in Atlanta banking to her clients – with more than 25 of
those years spent in small-business lending. Among other things, she assists small- to
medium-sized business clients with loans for a broad range of purposes, including turn-key
real estate purchases, ground-up construction, re-finance, business acquisitions, and business
start-ups. The Decatur native is a graduate of Leadership DeKalb, serves on the board of the
Georgia Quality Lenders Circle, is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women and the Atlanta
Commercial Board of Realtors. She is also a member of NAGGL (National Association of Government
Guaranteed Lenders) and serves on the board of their Southeast Region Liaison Committee.
Joy has been involved in youth work and youth missions work for over 25 years, and currently
serves on the Youth Advisory Board at Alpharetta United Methodist Church. She enjoys running,
strength training, photography and violin. Joy and her husband reside in North Atlanta.
