Joy Manbeck is a Senior Vice President and the Director of SBA (Small Business Administration)
Lending at Private Bank of Buckhead. Among other things, she assists small- to medium-sized
businesses with loans for a broad range of business and business start-up purposes. Joy
brings more than 30 years’ Atlanta banking experience to her clients. The Decatur native is
a graduate of Leadership DeKalb, is on the board of Georgia Quality Lenders Circle, and is
a member of the Youth Advisory Board for Alpharetta UMC. She also is a member of NAGGL
(National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders), for which she serves as the chair
of the Southeast Region Liaison Committee.
Joy has been involved in youth work and youth missions work for over 25 years, and enjoys
running, strength training, violin, and travel. She and her husband reside in North Atlanta.
