Paul Martin is Vice President at Private Mortgage Services, a division of Private Bank of Buckhead.
He has worked in the mortgage industry for nearly 20 years, and has held every functional position
in a mortgage banking company.
Paul was previously Managing Director at Fortius Financial & Real Estate Consulting, LLC. He is a
graduate of James Madison University (B.A. in History and Political Science), and of Georgia State
University’s Robinson College of Business (Master of Science Real Estate - MSRE) and Master of Business
Administration (MBA). Paul is a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and is a Certified
Mortgage Consultant – only one of four people in the state with the CMC designation. He also is a member
of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Paul is Past President of the Georgia State University Real Estate Alumni Group Board of Directors.
He volunteers time with his neighborhood homeowners association, and enjoys basketball, weightlifting,
being involved with his children’s sports activities, reading and travel. Paul and his wife and two
children reside in Sandy Springs.
